What are you going to do?
Our client is urgently looking for an L1 IT Technical Support (L2 / L3) to join their established HQ in HK. The company offers cutting edge technology and experiences in VR, with offices across US, Europe and Asia.

What is expected of you?
* +3 years relevant experience Tier 1 Customer Support, helpdesk and troubleshooting
* Preferably Technical support with Basic Networking knowledge- but not a must
* Fluent in English. HK Permanent Resident
