As the Head of Sales, you are responsible for driving new business on software and services. Your major target clients are major baking group in the world. You need to actively engage with Business Owner and C-level Managers through different occasion.
Internally, you will be the leader of a fast growing sales team. You need to provide "go-to-market strategy" and development plan for the team. You also need to coordinate technical team, support team and other internal parties
