    • Explore business opportunities with Direct Clients in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area.
    • Establish key relationships with clients (especially with their senior management) to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
    • Organize roadshow to explore business opportunities on the latest digital trend & opportunities in China.
    • Manage sales pipeline and reach for individual and Team sales revenue targets.
    • Project coordination with clients & internal teams & departments.
    • Develop lasting business relationships with customers through a trusted advisory role.
    • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base.
    • Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action.
    • Update and analyse any business development related statistics regularly.

    Job requirements

    • With strong relationships and connections in advertising & media industry.
    • University degree with at least 4+ years of working experience in sales and business development.
    • Interested in promoting services for Chinese customers.
    • Experience in digital media or programmatic advertising.
    • Pro-active, innovative and confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant.
    • Initiative, well-organized and able to work under pressure and adaptable to continues changed.
    • Fluent Cantonese, English & Mandarin (Native English and Mandarin speaking would be an advantages).
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
