- Explore business opportunities with Direct Clients in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area.
- Establish key relationships with clients (especially with their senior management) to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
- Organize roadshow to explore business opportunities on the latest digital trend & opportunities in China.
- Manage sales pipeline and reach for individual and Team sales revenue targets.
- Project coordination with clients & internal teams & departments.
- Develop lasting business relationships with customers through a trusted advisory role.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base.
- Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action.
- Update and analyse any business development related statistics regularly.

- University degree with at least 4+ years of working experience in sales and business development.
- Interested in promoting services for Chinese customers.
- Experience in digital media or programmatic advertising.
- Pro-active, innovative and confident, aggressive, outgoing & pleasant.
- Initiative, well-organized and able to work under pressure and adaptable to continues changed.
- Fluent Cantonese, English & Mandarin (Native English and Mandarin speaking would be an advantages).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
