Description
As a server engineer, you will be responsible to provide technical guidance to teammates an technical support to clients. You will act as an IT infrastructure matter expert / Level III engineer on solving different IT infrastructure problems. Furthermore, you will monitor clients' infrastructures and execute preventive measures actively to prevent issues form happening. Next to that, you will work with the helpdesk team leader on providing top level service to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will provide infrastructure advice on improving system efficacy, stability, performance and security.Job offer

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Min 5 years' experience in a technology support role
- Experience in a service provider environment in preferred
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
