Description
As a SOC Operator you will conduct monitoring Application Status and Network. Furthermore, you will ensure FFTS services in proper operations. Next to that, you will provide system support for Backup office operations and Fields equipment. Also, you will troubleshoot, install, and fix hardware and software of all computer systems. In addition, you will perform preventive maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors.Job offer

Job requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 8 years' experience
- You have hands-on experience SQL or CRM advantage
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
