    You register via our website. Here you create a profile with your work experience and wishes for the future, so we know what you're looking for. Registration is free of charge and without obligation. You can respond to job postings on our website via your profile.

    Step 2: Your consultant

    Our recruitment consultants are specialized in a specific niche of IT. This means you always come in contact with someone who specifically focuses on your field. One of our consultants will contact you when you register or apply for a job. You can always contact one of our recruiters if you want to.

    Step 3: Consultation

    When a recruitment consultant approaches you, an overview is made of your experience in the past and your wishes for the future. On the basis of this overview, we will examine what the possibilities are within our network for you. Keep your profile up-to-date, this way we can approach you when we see a suitable job posting. 

    Step 4: Recruitment

    We are on the lookout for a suitable job for you. We'll introduce you to companies that in conversations revealed to be within your interest. We naturally take into account the requirements of the job and the experience of the candidate. On the other hand, we do not approach companies that you have indicated to be not suitable / within your interest.

Based on no cure, no pay, this consultant will search for the candidates that suit the job and the organization best. With this method, we guarantee our commitment and motivation to find the best candidate for your company.

    Step 2: Recruitment and selection

    Because we work with specialized consultants, an extensive network, and a large database, we can work efficiently and quickly. The consultant will look specifically for candidates who meet your requirements. Only the best candidates undergo a thorough interview to ensure they are a good fit for the job and the organization. We will make an appointment in which you can speak to the candidates yourself.
